Title of the creative work or output
One sentence a panel member could read and immediately place the work.
The body of the page is the plain-language description: what the work is, for someone who has not read the research statement. Images, video and links go here.
The five fields in the block above render as a formal Research statement panel further down the page. That block is what makes this a reportable NTRO rather than a portfolio entry. Leave any field blank and it simply disappears.
Research statement
Research statement
What was the research question or problem this work addressed? State it as a question if you can. Panels read this field first, so it should stand alone without the rest of the page.
Research background
The context and field the work sits in. What existing practice or scholarship were you responding to, and what gap did you identify?
Contribution
What is new here, in method, in form, in knowledge? Be specific about your own contribution if the work was collaborative.
Significance
Evidence of impact and standing. Peer review, selection, exhibition, citation, invited screenings, awards, audience reach, critical response.
Scope
The breadth of the investigation: duration, iterations, scale, the range of techniques or contexts tested.
